What's Bräuhaus?
Bräuhaus is the beer that gets made in a small scale beer brewing facility called Micro Brewery and then gets served right away. Basic materials are malt, hop, yeast and fresh water. Since we only use natural materials, our beers don't need filtering unlike other beers. So that our beer has fresh minerals, vitamins, and proteins which promote healthy metabolism.

Top fermentation

Fermented in comparatively high-temperature(10~20¡É)
. Weizen goes through top fermentation and as a mild beer, it has refreshing acidic and sweet taste. Compared to the bottom fermentation it has shorter fermentation. period. (ripening period is 2 weeks)

Bottom fermentation

Fermented in comparatively low temperature(5~10¡É). This kind of beer has about 3/4 of world market occupancy. The representatives of bottom fermentation beers include Lager beer, draft beer and Pils. Dunkel is also a bottom fermentation black beer. (about 3~4 weeks of ripening period)
